Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Engineering \& Project Lead (HVAC)** to join our team for the prestigious **FACILITY E IWPP Project** in Qatar. The successful candidate will lead all HVAC engineering and project coordination activities from project initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with project requirements. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the HVAC engineering team, including Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. * Plan, monitor, and coordinate engineering activities to meet project schedules. * Review and approve HVAC engineering deliverables, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as\-built drawings. * Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, EPC teams, Main Contractors, and vendors. * Ensure engineering designs comply with project specifications, international standards, and applicable codes. * Support procurement through technical evaluations, material submittals, and vendor documentation. * Coordinate engineering activities with construction, QA/QC, planning, testing, and commissioning teams. * Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support throughout project execution. * Monitor engineering progress, identify project risks, and implement corrective actions. * Support project handover, O\&M documentation, and final as\-built submissions. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. * Minimum **8–10 years** of HVAC engineering and project execution experience. * At least **5 years in a leadership or engineering management role**. * Strong experience in HVAC systems, engineering coordination, and project management. * Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams on industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of Revit/BIM and project management software is an advantage. * Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
