Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices **Job Title: HR Manager** **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager who is fluent in Arabic and English to lead and manage all Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives. * Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. * Oversee employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. * Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and all government regulations related to employment. * Manage employee records, contracts, leave administration, attendance, and HR documentation. * Coordinate visa processing, QID renewals, employment contracts, and other government\-related HR requirements. * Lead employee engagement, training, and development initiatives. * Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and workforce planning. * Advise management on HR best practices and organizational development. * Supervise the HR team and ensure efficient day\-to\-day HR operations. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 5\+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. * Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required. * Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, recruitment, employee relations, and HR best practices. * Experience handling government transactions, visa processing, and HR compliance. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. * Strong organizational, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities. * Must be locally available in Qatar. * Can join immediately.
