Summary: This role involves monitoring HSE operations, conducting investigations, maintaining documentation, delivering training, liaising with clients, supporting emergency response, and promoting a strong safety culture. Promote a strong safety culture across the organization **Responsibilities:** * 4 to 6 yrs experience * Monitor day\-to\-day HSE operations and ensure all personnel are working safely, wearing PPE, and following best practices. * Carry out accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis, and prepare detailed reports. * Maintain HSE documentation including risk assessments, MSDS, audits, permits, and safety logs. * Conduct HSE inductions, safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for all employees and subcontractors. * Liaise with clients, authorities, and third\-party auditors to ensure project compliance with HSE requirements. * Support emergency response drills and ensure readiness of all emergency equipment and procedures. * Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization. **Requirements:** * Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field. * **Minimum 3–5 years** of HSE experience in **Marine and/or Oil \& Gas environments** (offshore and onshore). * NEBOSH IGC certification is **mandatory**; additional HSE or industry certifications (IOSH, OSHA, BOSIET, OPITO) are a plus.
