Summary: Seeking an HVAC Technician for comprehensive installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various HVAC systems. Highlights: 1. Ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Installation \& Commissioning** * Install and configure HVAC systems: Split, Ducted, Package, VRF/VRV, and Central Chillers. * Install and align motors, compressors, fans, AHUs, FCUs, and ducting systems. * Carry out testing and commissioning as per manufacturer and project specifications. * Perform load calculations and adjust systems for efficiency and performance. **2\. Preventive \& Corrective Maintenance** * Conduct scheduled maintenance for AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, chillers, and related equipment. * Clean, inspect, and replace filters, belts, bearings, and lubrication points. * Perform chemical cleaning/descaling of condenser and evaporator coils. * Record operating parameters and ensure smooth system performance. **3\. Troubleshooting \& Repairs** * Diagnose and repair issues with compressors, motors, electrical controls, thermostats, sensors, and piping. * Detect and fix refrigerant leaks, recharge refrigerants safely. * Repair or replace faulty parts, wiring, and components. * Calibrate thermostats and control systems for accurate operation. **4\. Safety \& Compliance** * Ensure work complies with Qatar Civil Defense and Kahramaa regulations. * Follow safety procedures (lock\-out/tag\-out) and always use PPE. * Adhere to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards. * Handle refrigerants and chemicals safely as per environmental guidelines. **5\. Documentation \& Reporting** * Maintain accurate inspection, maintenance, and service records. * Report major issues and provide technical recommendations. * Assist in managing spare parts inventory for HVAC systems.
