Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business performance **Job Title: Store Manager – Beauty \& Fashion Retail** We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven **Store Manager** to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have strong store management experience, hands\-on knowledge of makeup application, and proven experience managing Beauty Advisors and retail teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure smooth business performance. * Lead, coach, and supervise Beauty Advisors and sales associates. * Provide guidance on makeup application techniques, beauty products, and customer consultations. * Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium shopping experience. * Drive sales performance and achieve store targets. * Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance. * Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards. * Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards. * Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve store performance. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion retail. * Strong hands\-on knowledge of makeup application, skincare, and beauty products. * Experience managing and training Beauty Advisors. **Current designation should be \- Managers / Assistant Manager** Work Location: In person
