Summary: Seeking an experienced Automobile Service Operations professional to review customer service orders and inspect technician repairs, leveraging strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Engage problem-solving and decision-making skills in service operations * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 5\-10 years of experience in automobile service operations, including technician supervision. * Review customers service orders and inspect the quality of a technician repairs before the release of vehicles. * Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical \& mechanical components). * Experience with diagnostic tools and workshop management software (DMS). * Strong problem\-solving ability and decision\-making skills.
