Monitoring of cash flows and liquidity Group Corporate Finance Associate Role Overview The company is seeking a Group Corporate Finance Associate with experience in financial analysis and group-level finance operations management. The candidate will be responsible for supporting financial planning, preparing financial reports and analyses, monitoring cash flows, and assisting with financing and investment activities to contribute toward achieving the group’s strategic and financial objectives. Responsibilities and Duties * Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports for the group. * Support financial planning processes, budget preparation, and financial forecasting. * Monitor cash flows and financial liquidity across group subsidiaries. * Assist in preparing feasibility studies and investment analyses. * Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding credit facilities and financing arrangements. * Support mergers and acquisitions activities and financial valuations as required. * Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. * Review financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. * Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management and investors. * Collaborate with Accounting, Audit, Tax, and Financial Compliance departments. * Monitor financial performance indicators and prepare analytical reports. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics. * 2–5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or investment banking. * Strong proficiency in financial modeling and financial analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems / ERP. * Solid understanding of accounting standards and corporate finance principles. * Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are considered an added advantage.
