Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders **Job Title:** Site Supervision Engineer – Arch / Electrical / Mechanical **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Description We are seeking experienced **Site Supervision Engineers** specializing in **Architecture, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering** to oversee site execution and ensure that construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. The successful candidates will work closely with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to monitor site progress and resolve technical and construction issues. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily site activities and construction execution. * Inspect completed and ongoing works for compliance with approved drawings and specifications. * Review drawings, materials, method statements, and technical submissions. * Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, and project progress. * Ensure compliance with **quality, safety, and project requirements**. * Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve site issues. * Identify technical problems and recommend appropriate corrective actions. * Monitor project progress against approved schedules. * Prepare site inspection reports, progress reports, and technical observations. * Support QA/QC activities and ensure proper documentation. * Participate in site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders. * Ensure construction works comply with applicable codes, standards, and authority requirements. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant discipline**. * Master's degree is **preferred**. * **10\+ years of relevant site supervision experience**. * Valid **UPDA/MMUP registration or equivalent professional accreditation**. * Strong technical supervision and **QA/QC experience**. * Experience working on **major or government projects**. * **PMP certification is preferred**. * Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, materials, and site execution. * Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills. * **Qatar/GCC experience is preferred**. * Strong **English and Arabic communication skills**.
