Career growth into Head of Infrastructure or CTO-track roles **Job Summary:** UltraDev Technologies WLL is seeking a Senior Digital Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and operations of enterprise digital infrastructure, including cloud systems, networks, servers, and hybrid IT environments. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance of all infrastructure supporting business\-critical applications and digital platforms. If you are an experienced infrastructure leader with strong cloud and enterprise IT expertise, this is a key opportunity in Qatar’s technology sector. **What you'll do:** * Lead management of enterprise digital infrastructure across cloud and on\-prem environments * Oversee server systems, network architecture, storage, and virtualization platforms * Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning * Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid environments * Monitor system performance, uptime, capacity, and infrastructure health * Implement infrastructure security controls and compliance standards * Coordinate with DevOps and engineering teams for deployments and system integration * Optimize infrastructure cost, performance, and scalability * Manage IT operations teams and technical support functions * Evaluate and implement new infrastructure technologies and tools **Requirements:** * Experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud engineering, or systems administration leadership * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper\-V, or similar) * Strong understanding of networking, storage systems, and server architecture * Experience with monitoring tools, incident management, and ITIL practices * Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure hardening * Strong leadership and cross\-functional team management skills * Excellent problem\-solving and operational decision\-making abilities **Why work with us:** * Join a fast\-growing technology infrastructure company in Doha * Opportunity to lead enterprise\-grade digital infrastructure operations * Exposure to modern cloud, hybrid, and data center technologies * Strong focus on reliability, scalability, and security excellence * Career growth into Head of Infrastructure or CTO\-track roles Pay: QAR24,000\.00 \- QAR42,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
