Drive performance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives **We’re Hiring: Utility Tunnel Manager (Facility Manager)** We are seeking a highly experienced **Utility Tunnel Manager (Facility Manager)** to lead operations \& maintenance for a major infrastructure project. **Candidates must have proven tunnel experience.** **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline **Experience Requirements** * Minimum **12 years of overall experience** * At least **5 years in a managerial role** * **Mandatory: Hands\-on experience in tunnel projects** (Utility tunnels preferred) * Strong background in **Operation \& Maintenance (O\&M)** of similar projects and capacity **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily operations of utility tunnel systems * Ensure efficient maintenance and strict adherence to safety standards * Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams * Drive performance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives
