Ensure precision and quality focus in all painting tasks **Job Summary** The Auto Painter is responsible for preparing and painting vehicle surfaces, ensuring a high\-quality finish that meets workshop standards. The role involves color matching, surface preparation, and applying paint coatings to restore vehicles to their original appearance. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming). * Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate finishes. * Apply paint using spray guns and other painting equipment. * Perform touch\-ups and refinishing of vehicle bodies and parts. * Ensure smooth and even coating without defects such as runs or bubbles. * Polish and buff painted surfaces to achieve a high\-quality finish. * Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. * Maintain painting tools, spray guns, and equipment. * Follow safety procedures, especially when handling paints, chemicals, and thinners. * Coordinate with denters and mechanics to ensure timely job completion. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred). * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as an Auto Painter in a garage or workshop. * Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems, mixing, and application techniques. * Experience with spray painting tools and paint booths. * Knowledge of different paint types (water\-based, solvent\-based, etc.). * Ability to match colors accurately. * Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment. **Skills \& Competencies** * Attention to detail * Precision and quality focus * Time management * Teamwork and coordination * Safety awareness **Working Conditions** * Workshop/garage environment * Exposure to paint fumes, chemicals, and noise * Use of PPE (mask, gloves, goggles) required * May require overtime based on workload Application Question(s): * You can join immediately as this position to be close immediately? * How many years of Auto Painter Experience do you have ?
