Job Opening: F\&B Consultant (Short\-Term Project – Qatar) Location: Qatar (on\-site) Contract Type: Consultancy / Project\-Based Duration: Short\-term (with possibility of extension) About Us: We are a growing local coffee shop brand in Qatar. we’re seeking a passionate and experienced F\&B Consultant to help elevate our menu, service quality, and brand direction to the next level. Role Overview: We are looking for a hands\-on consultant with proven success in Qatar’s food \& beverage (F\&B) industry to guide us through the next phase of our business. The role will involve strategic and operational input across menu development, market research, packaging, branding, staff training, and more. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct a comprehensive review of our current menu and suggest improvements and new offerings. * Provide market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer preferences in Qatar. * Advise on packaging ideas for takeaway, and delivery. * Recommend strategies for branding, marketing, and promotions. * Assist in hiring, training, and setting SOPs for front\-of\-house and kitchen staff. * Offer actionable recommendations and support implementation of improvements. * Work closely with ownership to ensure alignment with brand vision and growth goals. Requirements: * Proven experience as a consultant or senior leader in the F\&B industry in Qatar. * Portfolio of successful projects (especially cafés, bakeries, or casual dining concepts). * Strong understanding of the local market, customer behavior, and operational best practices. * Knowledge in menu engineering, cost control, and F\&B profitability. * Ability to deliver creative, practical, and scalable solutions. * Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. * Arabic language is a plus (not mandatory).
