Lead, train, and monitor a team of HVAC technicians **Job Opening: HVAC Supervisor (Maintenance)** **Location:** Qatar **Availability:** Immediate Joiners Preferred **Position Overview** We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced **HVAC Supervisor** to lead maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HVAC systems along with proven supervisory experience in maintenance projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage day\-to\-day HVAC maintenance activities * Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, ventilation units, etc.) * Diagnose faults and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution * Lead, train, and monitor a team of HVAC technicians * Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and company procedures * Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports * Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal teams for smooth execution of work * Monitor inventory and ensure availability of required tools and spare parts **Qualification Requirements** * **ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC** (Mandatory) * Minimum **5 years of HVAC maintenance experience** * Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance practices * Ability to manage site operations and workforce efficiently * Good communication and reporting skills **Preferred Criteria** * Experience in **Facility Management / Maintenance Projects** * Locally available candidates in Qatar * Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Education: * Diploma (Required) Experience: * Work: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
