





**Job Summary:** The Project Handler is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. This role involves overseeing project progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring materials and services are delivered on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. * Coordinate project schedules, track milestones, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and specification requirements. * Review supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and support procurement activities. * Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may affect project timelines or quality. * Work closely with internal teams (procurement, engineering, quality assurance, etc.) to align project goals and supplier activities. * Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to management. * Assist in documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier evaluation records. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all supplier dealings. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in project coordination or supplier management. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Trello). * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or construction industries. * Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards). * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
