**Dairy Sales Manager Experience and Qualifications:** Person Profile: * Degree or Diploma in Sales \& Marketing or related field * Local knowledge / sales experience in QATAR * 5 \-10 years product / sector relevant sales experience * Excellent organisational and Management skills * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Confident self starter able to work on own or as part of a team. * Use Word processors and spreadsheets. * Fluent in the following Languages, English, Arabic,, * Experience in planning and implementing dairy sales strategies. * Experience in dairy customer relationship management. * Experience managing and directing a sales team. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Dedication to providing great customer service. * Meeting planned sales goals. * Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. * Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary. * Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. * Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. * The ongoing training of your salespeople. * Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education. * Promoting the organization and its products. * Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. * Development and implementation of communication strategy (Packaging, Media, Consumer promotion, Premiums). * New product development and launch plan. * Internal and external communication / co\-ordination with Finance, Manufacturing Services, Logistics and Customer \& Channel Demand Manager. * Recruit \& manage staff for the department. * Understanding, updating and maintenance of Dairy products Import and Export regulations * Qatar Driving license **Experience:** * 5\-10 years of proven experience as Sales \& Marketing Manager in Food and Beverage industry or FMCG.
