





Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and staff. * Draft, type, and translate documents between Arabic and English. * Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements. * Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally. * Prepare reports, memos, and official letters. * Maintain filing systems and update contact databases. * Support daily office operations and assist in workflow optimization. * Handle confidential information with discretion. Requirements * Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). * Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant (typically 3–5 years). * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
