The ideal candidate will ensure system availability, resolve user issues, and support application performance to meet business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for business applications and systems. * Monitor application performance and ensure high availability. * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner. * Handle user requests, incidents, and service tickets. * Collaborate with development teams to resolve bugs and implement fixes. * Perform root cause analysis and document solutions. * Support application deployments, updates, and patches. * Maintain system documentation and user guides. * Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. * Participate in on\-call support when required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in application support or a similar role. * Strong understanding of software applications and IT systems. * Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). * Basic knowledge of databases (SQL). * Familiarity with APIs and integrations. * Good understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux). * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). * Knowledge of ITIL processes. * Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python). * Experience in financial, healthcare, or government sectors is a plus. **Soft Skills:** * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Strong time management * Customer\-oriented mindset Pay: QAR12,000\.00 \- QAR14,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * application support : 3 years (Required) Language: * Arabic (Required) * English (Required) License/Certification: * degree in Computer Science (Required) Location: * Doha (Required) Work Location: In person
