We are looking for a **skilled and motivated R\&D Technician** to join our team at a leading food manufacturing factory in Qatar. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in developing new bakery \& food products. * Support product testing, trials, and quality checks. * Document formulations, procedures, and results accurately. * Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and R\&D teams during product launches. * Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field. * Previous experience in food manufacturing or R\&D is preferred. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures. * Good communication and reporting skills. * Computer skills. **Salary:** *Will be determined based on experience and interview evaluation.* **Location:** Qatar\- Al Rayyan \- New Industrial Area Job Type: Full\-time
