Hands-on experience with leading VSAT platforms like Hughes and iDirect **HIRING – VSAT L2 ENGINEER (SERVICE ASSURANCE)** **Doha, Qatar** **Experience:** 3–7 Years **W\*e are looking for an experienced** VSAT L2 Engineer\* to support satellite network operations, advanced troubleshooting, and service assurance activities. **Requirements:** Strong expertise in **VSAT, RF parameters, Link Budget, SNR, BER, and Eb/N0**. Experience troubleshooting **VSAT link failures, low SNR/high BER, RF interference, and hardware issues**. Hands\-on experience with **Hughes, iDirect, Gilat, or similar VSAT platforms**. Knowledge of **satellite communication systems, IP networking, and routing**. Experience handling **P1/P2 incidents, RCA, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Remedy)**. Ability to coordinate with field teams, OEMs, and support VSAT installations/migrations.
