**Job Title: MEP Technician** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time **About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced **MEP Technician** to join our Facility Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all **mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)** systems. * Diagnose faults, troubleshoot problems, and carry out timely repairs to ensure system efficiency and safety. * Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedules and ensure all service records are properly updated. * Support in installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP equipment and systems. * Respond promptly to maintenance calls and emergencies. * Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures at all times. * Report maintenance issues and suggest improvements to enhance system reliability and performance. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as an MEP Technician, preferably in a **facility management or maintenance environment**. * Hands\-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical panels, lighting, pumps, and plumbing systems. * Good knowledge of safety standards and maintenance procedures. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. * Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates can send their updated CV to **hr@ibnajayan.com** with the subject line **“Application for MEP Technician”**.
