Contract Project Manager \- Site \& Fitout Mind Stream is looking for an experienced Contract Project Manager to take charge of challenging site and fitout projects. This role demands a proactive leader who can ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: \- Plan and execute all project activities for site and fitout phases. \- Oversee on\-site construction progress and maintain quality control. \- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones. \- Monitor project budgets and implement effective cost control measures. \- Coordinate extensively with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. \- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Requirements: \- Demonstrated site experience in project management. \- Solid background in fitout project execution. \- Strong ability to manage complex project schedules. \- Proficiency in budget monitoring and cost management. \- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
