Ability to review RFQs, ITTs, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work We are looking for a **Tendering / Proposal Engineer** to join our team in **Qatar**, working on engineering projects within the **Oil \& Gas sector**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. * **2–4 years of experience** in tendering, proposals, or estimation. * Experience in **Oil \& Gas / EPC / Engineering Projects** is preferred. * Good knowledge of preparing technical and commercial proposals. * Ability to review RFQs, ITTs, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work. * Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines. * Candidates currently based in **Qatar** are preferred. Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
