Ensure all repair work meets quality standards and delivery timelines **Workshop Manager** **Guitar Care \& Restorations** **Location:** Suhaim Bin Hamad St, Doha, Qatar **Salary:** **QAR 15,000 per month** Job Summary Guitar Care \& Restorations is seeking an experienced and organized **Workshop Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our guitar repair and restoration workshop in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workshop staff, coordinating repair and restoration projects, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, maintaining inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for a hands\-on leader with experience in workshop operations, technical repair management, and a passion for quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day\-to\-day operations of the guitar repair and restoration workshop. * Supervise and support guitar technicians, luthiers, and workshop assistants. * Plan, assign, and monitor repair, maintenance, customization, and restoration projects. * Ensure all repair work meets company quality standards and agreed delivery timelines. * Inspect completed work for accuracy, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. * Coordinate customer consultations, repair estimates, and service updates. * Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, accessories, and workshop materials. * Order supplies and maintain relationships with vendors and equipment suppliers. * Develop workshop schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency. * Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and operational procedures. * Prepare operational reports, maintenance records, and performance updates for management. * Train, mentor, and evaluate workshop staff to maintain high technical standards. * Resolve customer concerns professionally and recommend appropriate repair or restoration solutions. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop productivity and service quality. Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Workshop Management, Mechanical Technology, Musical Instrument Technology, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum of **5 years of experience** in workshop operations, repair services, manufacturing, or technical maintenance, including **2 years in a supervisory or management role**. * Experience managing repair workflows, staff scheduling, and inventory control. * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workshop management or inventory software. * Knowledge of guitar repair, restoration techniques, or musical instrument maintenance is highly desirable. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced, quality\-focused environment.
