The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial coffee machines and related equipment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to ensure equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive maintenance on commercial coffee machines and coffee equipment. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. * Install, test, and commission new coffee machines and equipment. * Conduct routine cleaning, descaling, calibration, and replacement of defective parts. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests from company branches and clients. * Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records. * Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. * Order and monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies. * Train staff on the proper operation and daily care of coffee machines. * Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding technical support and warranty claims. * Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. * Perform other maintenance\-related duties as assigned. Qualifications * High school diploma or Technical/Vocational Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field. * Minimum of **2 years of experience** in the maintenance and repair of commercial coffee machines or similar food service equipment. * Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. * Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently. * Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks. * Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred. Preferred Experience * Experience servicing commercial coffee machine brands such as **La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Victoria Arduino, Faema, Rancilio, WMF, Franke,** or similar equipment. * Experience working in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or coffee roasteries.
