Focus on food preparation, hygiene, and teamwork **Job Criteria – Kitchen Helper (Restaurant)** **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or Steward is an advantage but not mandatory. * Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an advantage. * Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg. **Experience** * 0–2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or catering kitchen is preferred. * Fresh candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. **Skills \& Competencies** * Basic food preparation skills. * Ability to follow instructions and standard recipes. * Knowledge of kitchen cleaning and sanitation procedures. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * Attention to detail and cleanliness. * Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely. * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. **Physical Requirements** * Ability to stand and walk for long periods. * Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving kitchen supplies and equipment. * Able to work in hot, humid, and fast\-paced kitchen environments. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required. **Behavioral Competencies** * Team player with a cooperative attitude. * Maintains high standards of hygiene and personal grooming. * Honest, dependable, and responsible. * Takes initiative and works with minimal supervision. * Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability during busy service periods. * Maintains professionalism and respects kitchen procedures and company policies. **Preferred Certifications (Advantage)** Pay: Up to QAR1,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
