* Supervise daily packaging operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. * Monitor packaging line performance and take corrective actions when needed. * Ensure correct labeling, packing, and palletizing of finished battery products according to company standards. * Manage, train, and motivate packaging staff to achieve production targets. * Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure proper shift handovers. * Maintain discipline and a safe working environment within the packaging area. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging supervisory role, preferably in a battery or electronics factory. * Strong knowledge of packaging equipment, processes, and safety standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and production reporting.
