**Job Summary:** EGEC Qatar is hiring a Lead Electrical Design Engineer to join our on\-site team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical design, BIM implementation, and leadership within multidisciplinary project environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the on\-site electrical design process for major building and infrastructure projects. * Ensure compliance with international and Qatari standards across all phases of electrical system design. * Review and validate all technical documentation and Revit models. * Collaborate with cross\-functional design teams (architectural, mechanical, structural). * Supervise junior engineers and BIM/Revit technicians. * Manage client meetings and represent EGEC in technical discussions. * Implement and maintain BIM/Revit processes across projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s is a plus). * Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. * Mandatory proficiency in Revit MEP and BIM tools. * Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Dialux, and ETAP. * Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). * Previous experience in Qatar is preferred. * Familiarity with local authority requirements and UPDA certification is a plus.
