**Job Overview** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced **Mechanical Estimation Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring accurate bid proposals for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. **Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. * Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to determine material, labor, and equipment costs. * Conduct quantity take\-offs from drawings and specifications. * Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. * Assist in preparing bid proposals and tender documents. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering** or a related field. * Minimum **2\-4 years** of experience in mechanical estimation. * Proficiency in estimation software such as **AutoCAD, MS Office.** * Strong analytical, communication and mathematical skills. * Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. * Knowledge of local and international construction standards and codes.
