Summary: Drawlines Consult is seeking an experienced Architect for interior fit-out projects to handle shop drawings, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and technical documentation. Highlights: 1. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and site teams Drawlines Consult is looking for a skilled **8\-10 years experienced Architect** **with exp in interior fit\-out** projects to handle shop drawings, quantity take\-offs, BOQ preparation, and technical documentation. Location: Doha Project Duration: 1 year **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed shop drawings for fit\-out and architectural works using AutoCAD. * Perform quantity take\-offs for all fit\-out elements including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes. * Monitor and manage drawing submissions, revisions, and document control logs. * Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors. * Ensure all drawings and quantities are aligned with project specifications and site conditions. * Support material procurement with accurate quantity data. * Prepare and assist in as\-built drawings and project close\-out documentation. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent. * Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fit\-out/interior construction projects. * Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and fit\-out construction methods. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office will be an advantage. * Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and project documentation. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. **Preferred Candidate Profile** * Architectural background with hands\-on fit\-out project experience. * Capable of independently preparing shop drawings and quantity take\-offs. * Familiar with document control procedures and project coordination. * Experience working with contractors, consultants, and site teams in commercial, retail, hospitality, or office fit\-out projects.
