**Responsibilities:** * Act as the Client Representative in overseeing interior fit\-out projects (design and execution phases). * Review and approve designs and drawings, and coordinate design work across various disciplines. * Prepare progress reports and technical recommendations, and participate in coordination meetings with consultants and contractors. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing and designing interior fit\-out projects. * Proven experience in representing the client and supervising both design and execution phases. * Proficiency in design tools and project management software, with strong communication skills.
