We are seeking a **skilled BIM Coordinator** to join our dynamic team and support the delivery of high\-profile projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BIM software, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to integrate multidisciplinary design and construction workflows. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Review, check, and validate BIM deliverables in line with project requirements and company standards. * Facilitate information exchange between design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. * Support the development and implementation of the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP). * Identify and resolve clashes through model coordination and clash detection reports. * Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with BIM standards and guidelines. * Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM\-related issues. * Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure timely delivery of design outputs. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator (preferably in the Middle East). * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools. * Familiarity with international BIM standards and practices (ISO 19650 preferred). * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and coordination abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * **MME registered is preferred.** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
