**Job Title:** HSE Officer / HSE Manager **Industry:** Interior Fit\-Out \& Construction **Location:** Doha **Employment Type:** Permanent **Experience Required:** Minimum 5 years in HSE roles within the fit\-out or construction industry **Job Summary:** We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE professional to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental policies across our fit\-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local regulations, promote a culture of safety, and proactively manage risks on\-site. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures tailored to fit\-out project environments. * Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. * Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks. * Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and preventive measures. * Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to site personnel and subcontractors. * Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs. * Liaise with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure safety standards are upheld. * Maintain documentation and records related to HSE compliance, permits, and certifications. * Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE practices. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health \& Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the fit\-out or construction industry. * Certification in NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of local HSE laws and international standards. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Preferred:** * Familiarity with safety management software and reporting tools. * Multilingual skills are a plus.
