**Job Summary** We are seeking a talented **Interior Designer** with strong experience in **joinery and custom furniture design** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed design concepts, preparing technical drawings for production, and collaborating closely with the factory and project teams to ensure design intent is achieved from concept to completion. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and present **creative interior design concepts** and mood boards for client approval. * Prepare **detailed shop drawings, joinery details, and material specifications** for production. * Coordinate with the **joinery factory team** to ensure accurate fabrication and installation. * Conduct **site visits** to monitor progress and maintain design quality. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timelines and budgets are met. * Stay updated with trends, materials, and technologies in **interior design and joinery**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Interior Design, Architecture**, or related field. * **3–7 years** of experience in interior design, preferably within a **joinery or fit\-out company**. * Strong knowledge of **joinery detailing, furniture design, and material selection**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit**, or similar design software. * Excellent communication, visualization, and presentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
