Summary: Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop design concepts, prepare technical drawings, and coordinate projects for successful interior fit-out execution. Highlights: 1. Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions. 2. Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Revit. We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of interior fit\-out projects in line with client requirements and company standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop innovative interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions. * Prepare detailed **2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials**. * Produce **shop drawings, working drawings, and as\-built drawings**. * Prepare **BOQs (Bill of Quantities)** and material specifications. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams. * Conduct **site visits** to monitor progress and ensure design compliance. * Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor. * Ensure designs comply with **local regulations and Qatar standards**. * Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum **2–5 years of experience** in interior design (preferably in Qatar/GCC). * Strong knowledge of **fit\-out, construction detailing, and materials**. * Proficiency in design software such as: * AutoCAD * SketchUp / 3ds Max * Revit (preferred) * Adobe Creative Suite * Knowledge of **Qatar building codes and regulations** is an advantage. * Strong communication and presentation skills.**(Arabic \& English)** * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in commercial, residential, and office fit\-out projects. * Strong understanding of MEP coordination within interior spaces. * Creative mindset with attention to detail. **Employment Details:** * **Salary:** Competitive (based on experience) * **Benefits:** As per Qatar Labour Law (Accommodation/Allowance, Transportation, Medical Insurance, Annual Leave, etc.) * **Joining:** Immediate / As required **How to Apply:** Interested candidates may send their CV and portfolio to **hr@amtcqa.com** Work Location: In person
