You will work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a strong architectural leader with excellent project management and design coordination experience. Key Responsibilities * Lead architectural projects from concept design through project completion * Manage architectural teams, consultants, and project coordination activities * Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource planning * Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation * Ensure compliance with design standards, regulations, and quality requirements * Coordinate with engineers, contractors, clients, and stakeholders * Conduct project meetings, site visits, and progress reviews * Support design development, technical problem\-solving, and project delivery * Monitor project performance and implement process improvements * Manage risk assessments and project challenges effectively * Support business development and client relationship management * Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Skills * Architectural project management * Design management * Leadership and team management * Construction coordination * AutoCAD and Revit * Project planning and scheduling * Building codes and compliance * Stakeholder management * Budget management * Technical drawing review * Problem\-solving and decision\-making * Client relationship management * Quality assurance * Contract administration * Communication and presentation skills Qualifications \& Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field * Proven experience in architectural project management or architectural leadership roles * Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and project coordination * Experience managing teams, timelines, and project deliverables * Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related design tools * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment * Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards is an advantage Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
