Opportunity to manage tendering and subcontractor quotations We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Quantity Surveyor to immediately join our fit\-out and construction team. The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and project cost management within the fit\-out or construction industry. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take\-offs * Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements * Manage tendering, pricing, and subcontractor quotations * Prepare and review interim payment applications * Handle variations, change orders, and cost updates * Monitor project budgets and support cost control * Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and suppliers * Assist with preparation of final accounts and project documentation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in fit\-out or construction projects * Strong knowledge of measurement, costing, and project documentation * Proficiency in MS Office; experience with QS software is an advantage * Good communication and time\-management skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Type: Contract
