





**Job Duties and Responsibilities:** · Develop relevant social media strategy for company aligned to the overarching marketing strategies from the Senior Management · Assist the teams in developing key documents, especially in relation to social media · Responsible for managing digital channels via Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. · Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels · Develop and curate engaging content (ideas for contents, copywriting \& editing) for social media platforms · Directly supervise and provide creative direction as to photography / videography styles or graphic designs required for each post · Assign and schedule tasks for the Junior Designer / Photographer / Videographer relating to social media tasks · Coordinate with concerned teams as to requirements in delivering social media posts (e.g., products, schedules, models, props, venue) · Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar · Manage social media calendar for content scheduled in advance · Manage the performance \& engagement of social media activity · Ensure engagement in all channels are replied to through organic and paid post activity · Interact with users and respond to social media messages, enquiries, and comments · Build ad campaigns for social media channels · Measure web traffic and monitor SEO · Review analytics and create reports on key metrics · Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy · Engage with stakeholders / influencers to create collaborative content · Support in marketing and events activity · Attend events and produce live social media content *(taking reels, posting stories, doing live contents)* · Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts · Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media strategy based on results · Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media · Other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time **Event Planner** Event Planner * Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits * Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction * Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals * Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders * Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality * Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc * Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations * Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities * Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event · Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day · Conduct pre\- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes · Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest **Requirements:** · Proven work experience as a Social media specialist and event planner (at least 5 years) · Hands on experience in comanagement · Excellent copywriting skills · Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) · Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics · Knowledge of online marketing channels · Proven ability to build social media communities. · Familiarity with web design · Excellent communication skills · Analytical and multitasking skills · BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field · Must be available to join immediately · Must have a valid QID Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR4,500\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How much is your expected salary? * How much is your current salary? * Are you available to join immediately? * Do you have a valid QID / transferable work visa? * Do you have a valid Qatar driving license? * How many years of experience do you have as a Social Media Specialist? * Do you have an experience in photography? * Are you willing to work in Al Khor area? * Are you willing to work in shifts?
