Familiarity with Qatar local authority procedures (Ashghal, PWA, Kahramaa) We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Project Engineer to oversee the complete technical and documentation lifecycle of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self\-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment. The role involves managing technical submissions, cost estimations, shop drawings, material approvals, and coordination with project teams, consultants, and relevant authorities. The candidate should have a strong understanding of local authority requirements and procedures, including Ashghal, PWA, Kahramaa, and other related entities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage project technical documentation from initiation to completion. * Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and material submittals. * Develop and review shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Ensure timely approvals and maintain accurate project records. * Follow local authority standards and approval procedures. * Handle multiple tasks effectively while meeting project deadlines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Project Engineer in construction, fit\-out, or related industries. * Strong knowledge of technical documentation, shop drawings, and material approvals. * Familiarity with Qatar local authority procedures (Ashghal, PWA, Kahramaa, etc.). * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure. * Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities.
