**Responsibilities** Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures in accordance with project requirements and industry best practices. Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor work quality and identify potential deviations from established standards. Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve quality issues effectively and efficiently. Prepare and maintain detailed quality control documentation, including inspection reports, non\-conformance reports, and corrective action plans. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. **Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in any field. 5 years experience in Facilities Management Soft Services Quality Control in a major project. Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills. Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and drawings. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working in Qatar is desirable.
