




* Prepare ingredients and ensure workstation is stocked and ready before service. * Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, following recipes and portion control guidelines. * Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen area. * Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presented consistently. * Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. * Assist with receiving and storing deliveries properly. * Support other kitchen team members as needed. * Perform opening and closing duties as assigned. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Proven cooking experience (preferably in a café, restaurant, or catering). * Knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment under pressure. * Strong attention to detail and consistency. * Team player with good communication skills. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
