




We are looking for an experienced and creative Chef to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in café operations and strong knowledge of MOPH health and hygiene regulations. Key Responsibilities * Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of dishes following café standards. * Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations. * Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP/MOPH compliance. * Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and control food costs. * Develop new recipes and contribute to menu innovation. * Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes. * Train and guide kitchen staff to maintain consistency. Qualifications \& Skills * Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a café, restaurant, or catering setup. * Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and inspection standards. * Strong leadership, organization, and teamwork skills. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure. * Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.
