




**Job Description:** We are currently seeking a detail\-oriented and organized **Document Controller** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents and records in both physical and digital formats, ensuring they are accurate, up\-to\-date, and easily accessible. **Key Responsibilities:** * Control and manage company documents while ensuring accuracy and quality. * Maintain and organize both hard copy and digital documentation. * Ensure proper document control support is given to projects and departments. * Register, track, and archive documents according to company procedures. * Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission and updates of required documents. * Maintain document logs and prepare reports as needed. * Manage access permissions and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. **Requirements \& Qualifications:** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Management, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
