The candidate should deliver high quality, speed, and new ideas. Responsibilities: \-Prepare fresh juices and signature drinks Make trendy desserts (cookies, crepes, waffles, pancakes, etc.) \-Follow and create new trending items \-Maintain high quality and presentation standards \-Suggest new menu ideas and improve existing items \-Train team members when needed \-Manage daily prep, stock, and ingredients \-Control waste and reduce losses \-Keep the work area clean and follow food safety rules Requirements: 3–5 years experience in juices and desserts Strong skills in trendy and modern menu items Creative and detail\-oriented Able to work fast under pressure Team player Preferred: Experience in coffee and tea preparation Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
