The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. This role requires a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assess their needs. * Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations. * Ensure a positive shopping experience to encourage repeat business. * Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately. * Upsell and cross\-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. * Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets. * Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays. * Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels. * Report shortages or damaged goods to management. **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
