This role presents a meaningful opportunity for a committed and compassionate professional who is passionate about supporting students with disabilities and contributing to their academic, social, emotional, and personal development within an inclusive educational environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide individualized academic and behavioral support to students with Disabilities * Assist classroom teachers in implementing learning activities and individualized education plans (IEPs). * Support students in developing communication, social interaction, and daily living skills. * Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. * Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, specialists, and parents to ensure student progress and wellbeing. * Monitor and document student performance, behavior, and developmental progress. * Encourage student independence, confidence, and participation in classroom and school activities. Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. * Previous experience working with children with disabilities is highly preferred. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education. * Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. * Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Pay: QAR1\.00 \- QAR2\.00 per month Work Location: In person
