Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment The Center for People with Disabilities in Qatar is pleased to invite applications for the position of Shadow Teacher to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This role presents a meaningful opportunity for a committed and compassionate professional who is passionate about supporting students with disabilities and contributing to their academic, social, emotional, and personal development within an inclusive educational environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide individualized academic and behavioral support to students with Disabilities * Assist classroom teachers in implementing learning activities and individualized education plans (IEPs). * Support students in developing communication, social interaction, and daily living skills. * Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. * Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, specialists, and parents to ensure student progress and wellbeing. * Monitor and document student performance, behavior, and developmental progress. * Encourage student independence, confidence, and participation in classroom and school activities. Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. * Previous experience working with children with disabilities is highly preferred. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education. * Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. * Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Pay: QAR1\.00 \- QAR2\.00 per month Work Location: In person
