**Storekeeper – Construction \& Real Estate** **Position Overview** The Storekeeper is responsible for managing inventory, materials, tools, and equipment at construction sites or real estate development projects. This role ensures efficient storage, accurate record\-keeping, and timely distribution of materials to support project timelines and minimize waste. **Key Responsibilities** * **Inventory Management** * Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of construction materials and equipment * Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory systems regularly * Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies * **Storage \& Organization** * Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage or loss * Label and categorize items for easy identification and retrieval * Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the storage area * **Material Issuance** * Issue materials to site personnel based on approved requisitions * Track usage and returns of tools and equipment * Coordinate with procurement and site engineers for material needs * **Documentation \& Reporting** * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports * Maintain records of stock movements, deliveries, and returns * Assist in preparing material forecasts and purchase requests * **Compliance \& Safety** * Adhere to company policies and safety regulations * Report any damaged or expired materials * Support audits and inspections as required **Qualifications \& Skills** * High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or inventory management is a plus * 2\+ years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in construction and real estate * Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment * Proficiency in inventory software and MS Office * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to lift heavy items and work in outdoor environments Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
