




* Plan, prepare, and cook meals in accordance with the restaurant’s health\-focused concept. * Develop and innovate nutritious menu items that cater to diverse dietary needs. * Ensure proper portion control, nutritional balance, and attractive presentation of meals. * Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations. * Monitor inventory, order ingredients, and manage kitchen supplies to minimize waste. * Supervise and train kitchen staff in health\-focused cooking methods and food safety. * Ensure timely preparation of meals during busy service hours. * Uphold consistency, taste, and quality of dishes while maintaining cost efficiency. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a health diet or wellness\-focused restaurant. * Knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements, and healthy cooking methods is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Good organizational and time\-management skills. * Food safety and hygiene certification is preferred. * Must be currently residing in Qatar. * Can join immediately with valid **NOC**.
