




**Responsibilities:** * Manage, track, and control project documentation (drawings, submittals, correspondence, contracts, etc.). * Distribute approved documents to contractors, consultants, and internal teams. * Prepare final handover documentation at project closeout. * Experience with building construction projects is highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite. * Good organizational, communication, and time management skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. **Qualifications & Experience:** * 3–7 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction sector. * Excellent organizational & communication skills.
