We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented **Document Controller** to join our construction team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all project\-related documents, ensuring that documentation processes are implemented and maintained in compliance with company and project standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity. * Manage document flow and filing systems (both electronic and hard copies). * Ensure all project documents are properly reviewed, approved, and distributed to relevant stakeholders. * Maintain updated records of all drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence. * Track and monitor document revisions and versions. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely document submissions and updates. * Prepare reports and document logs for management review. * Ensure compliance with company and client documentation procedures. * Assist in preparing documentation for project handover and close\-out stages. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Document Controller in a **construction company** (required). * Strong knowledge of document control systems, standards, and best practices. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Must be **available in Qatar** with a **valid QID** and **transferable NOC**. * Good communication skills in English (verbal and written). **Work Schedule:** * 9 hours per day (full\-time position) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR7,000\.00 per month
