Support procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning **URGENT HIRING** – \*Engineering \& Project Lead (HVAC)\* **Location:** Qatar We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering \& Project Lead (HVAC) to lead engineering and project coordination activities for a major industrial project. **Key Responsibilities** Lead and manage the HVAC engineering team. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Review and approve engineering deliverables. Manage HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as\-built documentation. Monitor engineering schedules and ensure timely project execution. Support procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities. Resolve technical issues while ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards. **Requirements** Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. 8–10 years of HVAC engineering and project execution experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, engineering coordination, and construction practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Revit/BIM is an added advantage). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
